Who are we? Posh Bow Peep and Tutu Girl is the same company/business. We just have two different websites as a convenience to our customers so our products are easier to shop with better organization.

1. What is the difference between an alligator clip and a French barrette?

An alligator clip is perfect for girls with very fine hair or for the girl that doesn’t have a lot of hair. It’s also nice for the older girl with hair who just wants to pull the hair off her face or for the girl who is growing out her bangs. It’s very easy to use (perfect for daddy’s too) and all you do is squeeze the end, release and voila! A French barrette is for the girl with a lot of hair or for the older child.

2. How much is shipping?

All orders are send via 1st Class, including delivery confirmation. If you prefer another method such as Priority Mail, please email me your order at info@poshbowpeep.com and I’ll send you an in invoice with the appropriate shipping service.

4. What makes Posh Bow Peep hair bows so special?

We are proud to boast that the loopy loops in our bows are an original Posh Bow Peep design. Please accept no immitation as ours are truly the best! Posh Bow Peep bows not only have immpeciable, symmetrical folds, but are quality-constructed using our original designs, special professional techniques and details right down to the center knot. All ends are heat sealed and loops are created and secured using the most premium ribbon on the market. These bows are "art," and each bow is treated as if it's the one and only. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and all our products are guaranteed 100%! If for any reason you are not pleased, simply return your unworn product and you will be refunded less shipping.

5. Do you have any special wearing tips for the bows?

Be sure not use the clip to bunch the hair back - use an elastic first! This will keep the bow properly placed in the hair and it won’t slide out over a period of time. If using an alligator clip, first put the hair in an elastic, then poke the clip right in front and through the elastic so it will stay in the hair very securely. If using a French barrette, first put the hair in an elastic, but then clip the barrette through a small section of hair directly in front of the elastic. This will stay even for the girl with the finest of hair.

For pigtail bows, it looks very nice if you don’t always pull the hair through the elastic, rather let it sit like a “loop” or a loopy bun. Place the bow right in front of the elastic.

If you need to clean your bows, surface clean only very carefully with a damp cloth.

To keep your bows perky and wrinkle free, place them on a strip of ribbon attached to a “D” ring and hang. Bow holders can be found in our store.

6. When do orders ship?

Current shipping dates will be listed on our home page and vary by customer response. Each bow is hand-crafted and no short cuts are made, so you can ensure that you'll be receiving a quality item. Insurance is optional, but recommended as Posh Bow Peep will not be responsible once the box leaves our hands. All boxes are shipped with delivery confirmation for your peace of mind. This is included in your shipping costs, so you won't need to worry about additional fees.

Refund Policy

Since all our hair bows are custom made to order, all sales are final. The only time we accept returns is if we made a mistake by sending the wrong size or color. Under pre-approved circumstances, we may accept a return, but there is a 20% restocking fee. For all instructions offered, all sales are final and we don't accept refunds fo any e-book. Please read the item description carefully to make sure you are purchasing what you'd like. Mailed CD incur a shipping charge. If you would like actual hair bows added to your e-book instruction order, there will be a shipping charge.

Cancellation policy
If you'd like to cancel an order, please email us at info@poshbowpeep.com to see if you quality for cancellation. If the order is already in production, we cannot cancel the order as all our items are custom, made to order.
